活動介紹

　　臺北市一直在國際舞台上，默默耕耘並逐漸成長為「為世界所見」之國際城市，邀請國際產官學界，共同匯聚臺北，分享交流各城市成長脈絡，發想與臺北合作攜手的可能性。2016年年底與法國在台協會合辦臺北巴黎雙城論壇，以文化發展、都市發展、產業發展三大面向，邀請法國、臺北雙城新創圈產官學者與談，激盪想法。由此可見臺北市對於城市發展的正向態度，希望透過多場與各國論壇，達到資源、資訊交流並替臺北市產業帶來更多通往國際市場大舞台的機會。 

　　Taipei has been working hard to be a global city all over the world, and has become a world-famous city nowadays. This year, the great politicians and businessman in Paris are invited to Taipei to share their city-innovation experiences and are going to discuss two cities’ further cooperation in the future. In 2016, we set “Culture Development”, “City Development”, “Industry Development” as our forum topic to invite people from government, industries,and academics of Taipei and Paris. The forum shows our positive attitude that Taipei can pave the way to connect with the world and bring resources and information back to Taiwanese industries.

　　今年特以「創新能量產業化」為主軸，以四大主題「創新人才與技術」、「創新空間與機制」、「創新網絡與產業化」、「台北巴黎創新城市經驗對策」進行台北巴黎雙城交流。

　　Our forum topic this year is “Driving innovation for Industry”, and the sessions are “Talent x Tech”, “Space x Institution”, “Networking x Industry” and “Industry Innovation: Taipei x Paris strategies”.

 In the trend of global competition for resources, the human capital is the most important issue and play the key roles in industry innovation. People with innovation has the power to move the business forward. How to output the energy of innovation in a suitable way and to lead the human capital and technology into the innovative cities? Taipei and Paris are going to open the door to the new cities, and enter the new vision of the industry.

# Space x Institution

城市為初創企業的生活實驗室，臺北與巴黎共同鼓勵創新能量注入生活，同時加速各式創新應用各個城市角落進行實證，透過創新應用的實驗，讓新創產業方案在平台中實踐， 同時累積新創能量，鏈結創業團隊拓展機會。激發新創能量、開創都市實驗場域，臺北與巴黎平台代表帶領產業新星一探究竟。

Both Taipei and Paris devote to encouraging the creative thinking in the daily life to build two cities as living laboratories. The action can speed up the evolution of new applications in the cities. At the same time, it is also a brilliant way for start-ups to accumulate energy and to stimulate cooperation. The representatives of incubators from Taipei and Paris will show us the way to execute the experiments.

#Networking x Industry

鼓勵許多胸懷創業夢想的人勇於創新及投資，臺北與巴黎提供從創業、研發、品牌到投資的全方位更輔以創業育成協助，提供創業人在創業時期最需要的資源，並蓄積能量搶攻國際市場。連結臺北ｘ巴黎創新育成經理人，共同分享創業公司孵化、創新解決方案實驗、介接新創企業至投資之創業創新平台建構經營與推展國際之遠景。

The incubators of Taipei and Paris encourage dreamers to develop startups. We offer comprehensive assistance for the investment from the aspects of starting a business, industry research and development, and brand marketing. To provide essential recourses to expand business abroad, the speakers will share their experience in raising a company.

近年產業的趨勢因著經濟轉型、科技發展等因素有了重大的轉變，各類產業創新模式已改變原有產業型態的樣貌，面對21世紀最迫切課題，我們藉由專注於都市創新與發展的能力，將找到真實且整合的解決方式。透過臺北與巴黎產業推動實例、亞洲與歐洲產業風向相互交流與切磋，點燃產業革命之火，共同打造創新城市新氣象。

The trend of industries has been greatly changed because of economic transformation and development of technology recently. Each kind of industry now has a different face and shape. To conquer the most urgent issue, we’ll find the solution by focusing on city innovation and development. Cases accomplished by Taipei and Paris are influencing the start-up trend of Asia and Europe and will light up the revolution fire of industrial innovation. Together, we’ll build our cities a brand new future.
